This week we spent most of the time getting the staging version of the site live for testers. A test tenancy and 10 test accounts were created for this test run. A survey was provided for testers to fill out after testing and allows them to leave general feedback on existing features and features they may like to see. There is one question on the survey that I am most interested in seeing the results for regarding the NER and if it actually makes a difference in the agent’s workflow. Testers were also encouraged to reach out to me directly if they have any questions.
Starting next week, I will be conducting my think-aloud tests with my two chosen testers. Results will be recorded and posted to next week’s blog post.
